Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well combined.
  • Stir in the chopped dill and lemon zest. Adjust the salt to taste.
  • Transfer the spread to a covered container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
