Chicken Alfredo & Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper
Time:
45 minutes.
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli until just tender.
- Mix cooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli, alfredo sauce, and garlic in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Tips:
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.
