Teriyaki Chicken Skillet Casserole with Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Time:

30 minutes.

Steps:

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  2. Add broccoli and sauté until slightly tender.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken, rice, teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

Tips:

  • Add bell peppers or carrots for extra veggies.
  • Make your own teriyaki sauce by mixing soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger.
