Chinese Red Cabbage

Ingredients:
- 1 small red cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 red chili, chopped (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Time:
20 minutes
Steps:
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, then sauté garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes.
- Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Optionally add chopped red chili for heat.
- Serve and garnish with sesame seeds.
