Mulled Red Cabbage with Clementines

Ingredients:

  • 1 red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 clementines, segmented
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Time:

40 minutes

Steps:

  1. Place cabbage in a pot with cinnamon, cloves, and star anise.
  2. Add red wine vinegar, sugar, and 100 ml of water. Simmer for 25 minutes.
  3. Stir in clementine segments and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Tips:

  • For more flavor, you can add a splash of red wine while simmering.
