Mulled Red Cabbage with Clementines

Ingredients:
- 1 red cabbage, shredded
- 2 clementines, segmented
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar

Steps:
- Place cabbage in a pot with cinnamon, cloves, and star anise.
- Add red wine vinegar, sugar, and 100 ml of water. Simmer for 25 minutes.
- Stir in clementine segments and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
