Sautéed Salted Red Cabbage with Cranberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Time:

15 minutes

Steps:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cabbage with salt for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Add dried cranberries and apple cider vinegar. Cook for 5 more minutes.
