  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions

  • In the same pan, add peppers and onions, cook until softened.
  • Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  • Add pasta and chicken to the sauce, stirring to combine.
  • Serve hot, garnished with cilantro or lime wedges.
