Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced)

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • Salt & pepper

  • Parsley for garnish

Directions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Toss cooked pasta in the sauce and add the cooked chicken.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
