1 pound dried pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Pour the heavy cream and chicken broth into the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for a few minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
