1 package frozen cauliflower rice
1 lb flank steak (sliced)
1 cup kimchi
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
2 green onions (chopped)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions
- Marinate steak with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar for 15 minutes.
- Cook the steak in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, heat the cauliflower rice until warmed.
- Assemble bowls with cauliflower rice, sliced steak, kimchi, green onions, and sesame seeds.
