Korean Steak, Kimchi & Cauliflower Rice Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cauliflower rice

  • 1 lb flank steak (sliced)

  • 1 cup kimchi

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 green onions (chopped)

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions

  • Marinate steak with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar for 15 minutes.
  • Cook the steak in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
  • In the same skillet, heat the cauliflower rice until warmed.
  • Assemble bowls with cauliflower rice, sliced steak, kimchi, green onions, and sesame seeds.
