Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
    1 red cabbage, shredded

  • 1 cup port wine

  • 1 orange, zest and juice

  • 1/2 cup prunes, chopped

  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions

  • Sauté cabbage in butter for 5 minutes.
  • Add port wine, prunes, and orange zest and juice. Simmer for 30 minutes.
