Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cauliflower rice

  • 4 pieces of cod fillets

  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 1 cup steamed broccoli

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • Green onions (for garnish)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place cod on a baking sheet and brush with teriyaki sauce.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
  • Cook cauliflower rice according to package instructions. Stir in sesame oil.
  • Serve cod over cauliflower rice with broccoli and green onions.
