Cauliflower Fried Rice with Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cauliflower rice

  • 1 lb steak (cubed)

  • 2 eggs (beaten)

  • 1 cup peas and carrots

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 green onions (chopped)

  • Garlic (optional)

Directions

  • In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook cubed steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add cauliflower rice, peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  • Push veggies to one side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble until cooked
  • Combine everything, add soy sauce, and serve with green onions on top.
