1 package frozen cauliflower rice
1 lb steak (cubed)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup peas and carrots
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 green onions (chopped)
Garlic (optional)
Directions
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook cubed steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add cauliflower rice, peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Push veggies to one side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble until cooked
- Combine everything, add soy sauce, and serve with green onions on top.
