Loaded Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 head green cabbage, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper
Time:
1 hour.
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook ground meat until browned, then add onion and garlic.
- Stir in tomatoes, rice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer cabbage and meat mixture. Top with cheese.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until cabbage is tender.
